Up With People announces Spring Tour

Okay, okay....I have no idea whether Up With People are planning to hit the road this Spring.  I just thought it was time for another post before the comment count gets too high.  I doubt too many libs will be double-clicking on this one...

Fun at your Public Library

So I have learned (hat tip Shining City) that Cheers has become so popular that we are listed in "What's Hot."  Number 2 with a bullet.  The reason for this is that What's Hot counts the number of comments for each post, and since the idiot running this place has only posted once, things have added up significantly.
Therefore, I think of a post title libs would have no interest in, and off we go.  If I continue to do this from time to time, we will keep the comment count down and, hopefully, stay below the red menace' radar.
Please always comment on the newst post available, unless of course I actually post something worth commenting on.
Above is a photo of yours truly...  Don't worry, I'll learn.

So I've decided to create my own blog....

     Why?  Good question.
 
      The regular Townhall blog is fine, but it gets a little frustrating somtimes with all the Kosroids invading and trying to provoke us.  I thought it would be good to have a haven for those of us of like mind to escape fom the clutches of the infidels so to speak.
 
     I'm not real strong on the use of all the computer toys, but if you'll put up with the figurative dust, I'll try to keep it simple and provide a place where friends can come to discuss whatever comes up...everything from gun control to Iran to the designated hitter. 
 
I'll be posting from time to time, but mostly this will be a place for discussion....a home away from home if you will.  Whether it is taken advantage of or dropped is up to all of you.
 
So...feel free to come in, relax, and fire off a blast.  Then we'll all meet back at the wars on big Townhall....
